Fragment API for Telegram Stars & Premium — at a 5% fee

Pricing: Fragment price + 5%

Every API order paid from the USD balance costs the live Fragment price plus 5%, rounded up to the cent. No hidden fees.

• POST /api/v1/usd/quote returns the exact price up front, including "markup_percent": 5
• Send it as max_usd — if the price moves up, nothing is charged and you get 409 price_changed
• The price is locked when the order is placed

Example: if 100 Stars cost $1.50 on Fragment, you pay $1.575 → $1.58 after rounding.

1. Create an API key in the dashboard (X-API-Key header).

3. /check-username → /usd/quote → /stars/buy or /premium/buy with currency: "USD" and max_usd.
4. Track status with GET /order/{id}.
